Nose: These are classic Orkney scents such as salt and earthy notes combined with a hint of vanilla.
Taste : Again the taste the vanilla is on the foreground which is then accompanied by yellow fruit and oak spices.
Finish : In the finish it evolves into a delicate peat smoke which is enhanced by a little more briny and salty notes, resulting into a beautiful and complex whisky.
