Especially for our 100th anniversary Robbie Hughes, Distillery Manager of Glengoyne, has selected a barrel. This Single Cask Oloroso Sherry Hogshead is "hand selected" and is a perfect example of craftsmanship. The whisky has an elegant balance between crème brûlée, red apple and rosehip, with a delicious aftertaste. The secret: no peat.
The official presentation of this special and limitedly available whisky will take place during the festivities in Oldenzaal on Sunday 7 and Monday 8 October. Visitors will be given priority with regard to the allocation.
