This 12 year old limited edition was bottled in honor of Louis Oosthuizen who became champion in St. Andrews in 2010. This is the exact spot where the 150th edition will be held in 2022. The Whisky was distilled in the year that Louis became champion. It is a combination of four whisky styles from Loch Lomond's unique straight neck stills and pot stills. The result is a signature style of fruit, honey and light smoke.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh and fruity, with fresh aromas of green apple, peach and honey.
Taste: Peach, pear with layers of vanilla sweetness and creamy fudge.
Finish: A nice and long finish with light wood smoke.
