Antinori’s 2007 Brunello di Montalcino Pian delle Vigne flows across the palate with sweet red cherries, flowers, spices, leather and tobacco, all of which come together in a rich, sensual style. The aromas and flavors are just a touch forward, suggesting the 2007 is likely to be a relatively early-maturing wine.
