Attractively fleshy and complete, the 2021 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Boudots exhibits aromas of plums, smoke, spices and forest floor, followed by a medium to full-bodied, lively and seamless palate.

No stems were added back this year, as they normally are for this cuvée. A full purple colour. Here the nose starts to push itself forward, heady deep red fruit with a touch of vanilla. Fills the mouth without excess, some wood behind, but a pure long and balanced finish
