Readers looking for a delicious chocolate, smoky, cherry, black currant, and plum-scented and flavored wine will admire the fleshy, open-knit, medium-bodied 1997 Bon Pasteur. Seamless and smooth, with surprisingly fine concentration, it is reminiscent of a 1987, but with more muscle and richness.
