Colour: amber.

Nose: strong, powerful, with a big, bold, beautiful sherry. A true classic. Lots of raisins, toffee, dried fruits, bitter oranges, Grand-Marnier, Whiffs of coal smoke, cooked wine, chocolate and burnt cake… Not much else to say, it’s simple but it’s perfect.

Mouth: creamy and nervous, invading and very sherried, no need to say. Lots of crystallized orange zests, kumquats, caramelized wine sauce, cooked fruits, toffee, chocolate… Again, a total classic, that needs no further comments.
