Nose: Lots of citrus, grapefruit, sweet smoke, wood staves, fresh wood, resiny, pinewood. Adding a dash of water it really opens up and you get lovely notes of crème brûlée.
Taste: Lemon grass, sweet smoke, some wood tannins and quite dry with a nice layer of lemon pie and a touch of pineapple.
Finish : Smoky and dry. Balance/complexity: Great Laffie if you like 'm dry ;-).
