Ardnamurchan currently produces both peated and unpeated spirits. As they describe it themselves, “a full flavoured malt” that represents its West Highland origin.

This single malt contains both peated and unpeated malts, matured on Bourbon as well as Sherry oak casks.

Nose: burnished copper in the sun, cherry jelly with freshly ground nutmeg and dark vanilla with an abundance of over ripe dark red fruit. A pinch of sea salt accompanied by a slight medicinal savor undertone.
Taste: spicy gingerbread with the before mentioned cherries and fresh apples. It evolves nicely into white herbs such as pepper.
Finish: whoopie, the back of the tongue is permanently warmed by spicy influences. That mixed with the thick red fruit ensures that the enjoyment lasts for a long time.
