This incredible single cask blended whisky from Ichiro's Malt was made in the
famous Chichibu Distillery before being bottled exclusively for the 10th
birthday of CLAUDE WHISKY and the Grand Opening of Whisky Boutique Claude.

The blend consists of: Chichibu's own malt matured in bourbon and sherry casks;
some malt whiskies from Scotland, aged for over 10 years; and the illustrious Kawasaki 33 year old single grain whisky distilled in 1982.
After the blending process, it was matures in a single bourbon cask (#
8259) and aged for 2 years and 9 months, after which it was bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Notes: Pecan pie, toffee, rhubarb, vanilla, butter. There is serious richness of the sherry cask
and the old Kawasaki single grain whisky. Quinces, brown sugar, banana, cabbage, cherry cream,
dried mango, nutmeg, candied apple pie crust. A few drops of water adds a
some pepper and ginger to the heat, orange and sugared pink grapefruit.
