The classic 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc (60% Clairette and 40% Roussanne) is a total head turner that has fabulous aromatics (citrus, white flowers, cold steel and spiced apples), medium to full-bodied richness, bright acidity and a salty minerality that comes through on the finish.It?s a killer white to buy by the case.
