Terroir Puisieulx Grand cru, lieu-dit: "Les Petites Vignes“. Top soil of silt and clay, on hard limestone present at about 80cm, eastern exposure. Chardonnay planted in 1986.

Alternative viticulture practiced on this plot, in the process of organic certification, in accordance with the biodynamic calendar and with respect for people and environment. Harvested by hand at full maturity.

Plot vinification Harvest 2018-2019-2020, Chardonnay, traditional pressing on stainless steel maie. Spontaneous natural fermentations. Ageing on lees without racking in barrels of 228 and 400L for 11 months.

Bottling August 2021 without fining or filtration. Disgorgement october 2023. Dosage 1 g/L of Chardonnay Perpetual Reserve Liqueur.

Tasting Golden color. Subtle at first, then the complexity is revealed with a racy and large mouth, leaving on the lips a salty note and iodine.
