Winespectator (93)

A fresh, expressive red, offering aromas and flavors of cherry, wild strawberry, mineral and sweet spices. Open and fluid, with terrific balance and length. The firm tannins catch up with the fruit at the end. Enjoyable now, yet will improve with time. Best from 2024 through 2040.

Burghound (89)

A notably ripe yet still nicely fresh speaks mostly of red cherry, dark currant and earth elements. The suave and enveloping middle weight flavors coat the palate on the moderately firm, youthfully austere and quite serious finale. This quality effort should repay mid-term cellaring.
