Aromas of yellow orchard fruit, beeswax and fresh apricot introduce Colin's 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chenevottes, a medium to full-bodied, lively and precise wine that's bright and chalky, with a coiled core of fruit and a long, saline finish. The harvest date would appear to have been perfectly judged here.
