The 2020 Meursault 1er Cru Perrières is a magical wine in the making. Wafting from the glass with scents of citrus oil, pear, beeswax, white flowers and wet stones, it's medium to full-bodied, taut and chiseled, with huge concentration, racy acids and a long, searingly chalky finish. This is old-school, uncompromising, artisanal winemaking at its best.
