Kavalan
Over the past 10 years, Taiwanese Kavalan has become a significant name in the world of whiskies. The distillery, opened in 2005, and with 1.2 million annual visitors, is one of the most visited distilleries globally. It is named after the area around Yilan, known in ancient times as Kavalan, with the Kavalan clan as its residents. Thanks to the clear creamy water from the surrounding mountains' springs, Kavalan has been able to create exceptionally smooth, soft, and creamy whiskies.

Kavalan 6YO Single Cask Oloroso Sherry pays homage to the various whiskies of Kavalan that have matured in sherry casks since its opening. This notably fruity, floral, and malty whisky shares a similar style with Kavalan's history of sherry cask-aged whiskies. It is characterized by its outstanding maturity, enhanced by a deeply refreshing flavor.

- Nose: Fine and subtle. Apricot, melon, chocolate, intoxicating flowers, and butter caramel.
- Palate: Lively and slender. Candied citrus fruit, cinnamon, ginger, and malted barley grains.
