Colour: Bunch of Muscat Blanc

Flavour: Oily & coastal

Different Panel members had different pictures nosing neat; one had just finished trimming the privet hedge, whilst another was looking at a plethora of leftover paint in the garage to decide the next DIY project and yet another inspecting an old upturned boat on a pebble beach. An intense icy fresh mouth-feel like a ‘Whisky Smash’ with a subtle sweet peat smoke infusion. Water added an intriguing mixture of sweet, salty, herbal and phenolic aromas; cloves, rosemary, burnt brown sugar, mint, and seaweed. The taste was an iceberg wedge salad with red peppers, black olives and roasted pine nuts with an olive oil dressing.
