The 2011 Bolgheri Superiore Sapaio offers lively menthol sensations with medicinal herb, ginger, rosemary and balsam. The effect is direct and makes an immediate impact. This wine ages in oak for 16 months. Consulting enologist Carlo Ferrini selects the barrels he wants to use in the final blend.
