The Bisson Spumante Metodo Classico Abissi is aged 60 meters underwater in the Ligurian sea for 13 months and wears its sea marks, urchins and even an encrusted little crab on its glass bottle. The blend of white grapes is fully indigenous with Bianchetta Genovese, Vermentino and Cimixia.
