Are there still 'old' surprises? yes, there are! Just arrived from a perfectly conditioned private cellar, a 1967 Hospices NSG 1er cru. Beautiful red colored, like a wine at age 10-15 years. The first two minutes the palate changed constantly from sherry to leather to spices, earth and then finally fruit. It opened complteteky after three minutes and the taste was impressive, So much power, so fruity, so balanced. We enjoyed it and where astounded. Decant it for al least 15 minutes. Rated at 9/10 points.
