The 2019 Riesling Centgrafenberg GG is concentrated and fresh on the slightly funky nose, showing perfectly ripe and healthy Riesling fruit with mineral scents that represent the red sandstone terroir of the cru. Aged in large oak until June of last year, this is a finely textured, very elegant and balanced dry Riesling with a linear course on the palate and ripe, very elegant acidity as well as delicate tannins that give a fine structure. The wine is long and complex, very elegant and stimulatingly clear on the finish. Great gastronomic Riesling. 12% alcohol. Natural cork.
