Nose: A very fruity nose packed with pear and orange zest accompanied by somewhat salty influences And beautifully with the sweet scents.
Palate: Fudge, caster sugar and lively spices eventually dissolve into more peat smoke, Not overpowering peat but more sophisticated.
Finish: Long and warming with butter and apricot jam.
