In celebration of the third anniversary of *Stokerij de Molenberg*, this truly unique offering combines both the past and present of the distillery. The blend is composed of 33% distillates from 2010 and 67% test distillates produced before the distillery’s official opening in 2007. The latter, aged nine years in total—six in first-fill bourbon casks and three in Oloroso sherry casks—delivers a captivating narrative in each sip.
The sherry influence, purely Oloroso, weaves through the whisky, bestowing it with layers of dried fruit, apricot, orange zest, and raisins. These are elegantly balanced by a warm spiciness and the comforting embrace of oak.

Nose
A charming confectionery delight—think fruit baskets in a flower shop. There's a subtle interplay of estery and floral notes, with a gentle sherry whisper in the background.

Palate
Sweetness dominates initially, with the nostalgic taste of Reine Claude (green plum) taking center stage. A soft sherry undertone adds depth, while a gentle warmth spreads through, beckoning the senses.
