Taste

Robust malt dominates, but not without companions: a breezy heather meadow, a hint of heather smoke, and the deep complexity of red grapes—skins, seeds, and all. Forest honey lends an earthy sweetness, young oak offers vibrancy, and dried apricot mingles with a whisper of walnut and a dash of dark chocolate. Complex and deeply satisfying.
