André Kunz: Finely creamy bouquet, powerful and fresh, young pear, delicate mango, lemon balm, chalk, yellow melon. On the palate dense, elegant, fresh, velvety-sweet fruitiness, well-integrated acidity, varied aromas, delicate minerality, dense structure, very long and full palate with delicate aftertaste aromas.
e year 2019 was one of the warmest in Switzerland; in fact, the fifth warmest since measurements began in 1864. The month of April regrettably saw plenty of rainfall, particularly on the south side of the Alps. This situation, however, allowed water to accumulate in the soil, which helped to get through a particularly hot summer without the vines suffering water stress. Ultimately, this resulted in grapes with an interesting aromatic bouquet and a good balance between acidity, minerality and structure.
Production was unfortunately the second lowest ever. Production: 2,048 bottles.
