Grandes Escolhas: Aragonez (55%) and Trincadeira (45%), fermented and staged in Balseiros de Carvalho. It has grown quite a bit since the last taste, but it is still very young, immense in the complexity of aromas and flavors: ripe fruit, dried mato, spices, tobacco, bitter cocoa, folha de chá. Solid structure of tannins supports the whole, the acidity is precise, the wine is impressive, but also elegant and sophisticated, with remarkable personality. Perhaps the best edition ever.
