A creamy-dreamy verdicchio that’s a masterpiece of balance and subtlety. I love the candied-citrus character that’s wrapped around the minerals through the long, polished finish. It makes you wants you to put in an immediate order for roast chicken with truffles, or for a plate of turbot.
