Colour: straw.
Nose: an ultra-clean, pure version, sharp like a blade, ultra-flinty and ultra-lemony. That’s all I can say.
Mouth: it’s all on crystallised lemons and lemon marmalade with quite some peat and lemon skin but that’s pretty all.
Finish: ditto. Very good but simple, simple but very good.
