Column Still Distillation
Nose: Orange citrus fruits accompanied by old-fashioned “Zests” in the nose. Then evolving into mint with fresh tea leaves and a hint of cigarette smoke.
Taste: Herbs mixed with wet forest leaves and beautiful warming influences from the oak.
Finish: the aftertaste is spicy, but is nicely cooled by vanilla and cream.
