Offers a rich, earthy aroma, with flavors of juniper berry, hazelnut, cocoa and butter pastry, featuring vibrant acidity. Shows concentrated smokiness midpalate, accented by hints of baker's chocolate. The powerful finish offers a rush of exotic spice accents.?

Very dark and brown. A bit syrupy and with masses of acidity. Maybe better bottled a bit earlier before all this reduction? Tastes like a very reduced (ie concentrated) black caramel. Quite painful on the gums.
