Not the Caribbean style, but Rum hailing from the South Pacific, the Fiji Islands that are part of Oceania in the South Pacific.

We used the island as a geographical reference to name this rum as we did not get permission to release it under its original distillery name. However there’s only one distillery on the Island you can pinpoint.
Rumor has it that in the near future no casks from Fiji will be sold to independent bottlers as the owner prefers to release it under its own name. That makes this one of the rums you should try and looking into as this is a very exciting single cask release with flavors of ripe fruit (bananas) and mango. Lovely to enjoy straight up or works fine in any cocktail.
