Bonnes Mares 2015 Comte de Vogue
|Producent||Comte de Vogue|
Burgundy 2015 is top of the bill and a lot of these wines will be collectibles. We recommend the Bonnes Mares. Not because the Musigny isn't a real collectible, but prices are already quite high. The Bonnes Mares is still highly attractively priced.
The 2015 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru came across subtly on the nose compared to the les Amoureuses and required more patience when tasted from barrel. It is not a flamboyant or ostentatious Bonnes-Mares, prioritizing precision and classicism, not to imply that it shortchanges you on the intensity ones expects from this vineyard. The palate is fresh from the start: a wonderful structure and especially for Bonnes-Mares, outstanding mineralité in situ and very tensile with so much energy from the blueberry and blackberry fruit that you can feel this wine two minutes later. Bridled with impressive grip and structure, this is a bona fide grand vin.
Very deep purplish crimson. Warm, ripe, expressive nose. Juicy and lively with great pace. Such a winner! More obvious fruit than Amoureuses. Super-juicy. Winning
